The most cozy ramen for the most cozy season. In collaboration with Mike’s Mighty Good Ramen Soup.

Noodles weren’t on the menu for a long time. Why? Because I was afraid that they would throw off any “balance” that I had in my life. I had worked so hard to maintain a lifestyle that seemed healthy and I was nervous that eating a bowl of noodles would send everything I had worked so hard for out the window. Those years are long gone and I am happy to say that noodles are on the menu in our home weekly.

Not just any noodles, but Mike’s Mighty Good ramen noodles. Their noodles are made from scratch daily with fresh flour, water, and salt and they are steamed, not fried. The goodness doesn’t stop there! The broth in Mike’s Mighty Good ramen soup is outta this world and insanely delicious. Made with ingredients you can actually pronounce and they make nine different broth flavors. The flavors range from vegetarian and to spicy beef for the meat lovers. We love their vegetarian kimchi ramen soup! We top it with shrimp, poached egg, and fresh basil but it totally taste great on its own if you are in a rush. The ramen soup takes eight minutes to make from start to finish in the microwave. The greatest mom hack for a quick and warming meal that won’t leave you feeling weighted down.

Perfect Soft Boiled Egg in 6 minutes, in collaboration with Mikes Mighty Good Ramen.

Your girl mastered the perfect soft boiled egg to top my Mikes Mighty Good Ramen. No need to go out for ramen anymore, I HAVE ALL I NEED RIGHT HERE.

Felt fancy the other day eating my ramen because of this duo right here. I’m not sure what was better: the soft boiled egg or the insanely rich and flavorful broth from Mikes Mighty Good Ramen Miso Ramen. I love Mikes Mighty Good Ramen ramen because it’s SO easy to throw together and top with whatever I want or nothing at all. Their ramen packs a punch and every flavor I’ve tried is a knockout.

Soft Boiled Egg: Bring water in a medium size pot to a boil then lower the heat so that the water simmers gently. Lower in the egg. Start the timer. After six minutes remove the egg and run it under a cold tap for 15 seconds (or set in an ice bath for 5 minutes to cool).

Took my @mikesmightygood spicy beef ramen for a stroll the other day because convenience is everything being a mama. Poppy needed some fresh air and I needed lunch so this grab-n-go ramen was perfect. @mikesmightgood ramen is the ultimate comfort food, insanely delicious ramen that you can feel good about eating. 🥰 It’s super flavorful but not too salty like other packaged ramen I’ve tried in the past. The best part was sipping the spicy beef broth at the end, serious game changer! Maybe next time I shouldn’t wear white though.. there were a lot close calls during this outing. Thanks Joel for carrying Poppy so I could enjoy these savory noods! 🤤
