Not sure if this will come as a surprise to you or not, but I’m terrified to dance in public. Even in front of friends just for fun! I’m a silly gal but when it comes to anything dancing I freeze. I’ve always wanted to try Jazzercise but never had the confidence to get myself to a class. I could be in the back row and believe that everyone is watching me! Crazy, right? But sadly it’s true and I needed something to get me out of my comfort zone but still kinda keep me in my comfort zone, ya know? This is where Jazzercise On Demand became my best friend!

Now I can push the coffee table aside and get a quick 10 minute cardio dance sesh in, or do a full 40 minute video, in the comfort of my home. Jazzercise On Demand offers a variety of choreography, targeting different muscle groups and different types of workouts, including cardio, strength training and more! They also release a new video every week so you’ll never tire of the workout videos. I’ve honestly been doing the same video for about two weeks now to try and nail the moves… check out my Instagram here to see how well I’m doing. You can’t be taught my jazzercise dance skills.

Jazzercise On Demand is an app to provide people like me, a stay at home mom and a gal who didn’t feel comfortable taking a public class, a way to Jazzercise in the comfort of their own home. Even when I’m traveling I can use the app on my phone and dance it out in my hotel room whenever I want. Or for Poppy’s entertainment she can watch me jump around while I’m getting my workout. She was watching me for 30 minutes earlier today while eating her snack. It’s truly a win-win!
